Annie was rescued just in time. She found as a stray in a tall grassy area and she was severely emaciated. Another day on her own and she probably would not have survived. It was a slow recovery and she required several small meals a day to get to a healthy weight. She had a few bumps in the road with a couple of seizures as her body adjusted back to regularly receiving the nutrients it needed. After a couple months of a good diet Annie was back to her happy go lucky self. She is now living her best life at the lake with a fur brother and the most amazing mom and dad!

​​Saving Grace Dog Rescue of San Antonio is entirely run off of donations made by the public. We are a strictly volunteer run organization and therefore every cent of money raised goes directly toward the care and wellbeing of our rescue dogs and helps allow us the ability to continue saving more dogs in need.
